The Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and expand XERA's presence across Alberta. This is a field-based, performance-driven role where your income is directly tied to the accounts you bring in and retain.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new B2B business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement and client onboarding
- Meeting with prospective clients alongside our operations team to assess security needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiating service agreements and pricing in line with company guidelines
- Maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects and active accounts
- Staying informed on industry trends and local market activity
