Job description
You will be responsible for processing real estate trades, performing administrative duties as needed for the office & our agents, and maintaining a professional and welcoming space for our team and the public.
Qualifications/Skills:
- experience processing real estate deals considered a huge asset
- comfortable working in a virtual storage space and a paperless office
- intermediate level proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
- experience working with PDFs
- comfortable with basic math calculations including percentages
The ideal candidate is:
- detail oriented and organized
- extremely self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
- able to prioritize and respond accordingly in an environment where urgency and accuracy are key
- able to provide a welcoming experience to clients entering the office
