Experienced Residential Landscaper – Garden Enthusiast Wanted!
Are you an experienced residential landscaper with a deep love for gardens, strong horticultural knowledge, and a talent for bringing out the best in outdoor spaces? We’re looking for someone just like you to join and help grow our Landscape Maintenance Division!
About the Role:
We are a well-established landscaping company with a passion for high-quality garden care. We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable landscaper to join and enhance our residential maintenance team. This is a hands-on role that involves working independently or with a small crew, supporting and inspiring others while keeping standards high.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong horticulture knowledge and a genuine love of plants and gardens
- Experience in residential landscape maintenance
- Ability to lead by example
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Capable of working efficiently alone or as part of a small team
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Skilled in the use and care of landscaping tools and equipment
- Valid BC driver’s licence required
- Deep understanding of local growing conditions
