We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Labourer to join our
team on a range of residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role
that plays a key part in keeping sites operating efficiently and safely. You’ll work
closely with tradespeople and supervisors, assisting with general labouring duties
and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Operating basic hand and power tools
Site clean-up and maintaining a safe work environment
Following safety procedures and site instructions

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
consistently throughout the workday. Capable of standing, bending, and
working on your feet for extended periods. Willingness to work in varying
environmental conditions, including dust, noise, and changing weather.
Required Qualifications
- **Must be able to properly read a tape measure**
- Valid G level driver’s license with a clean driving abstract. Must be over the age of 25,
due to Insurance Requirements, and comfortable driving a ¼ to ½ ton pick-up truck with possible trailer.
- Proven experience in demolition or related construction work.
- Familiarity with demolition tools, techniques, and safety protocols.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints, specifications, and
verbal direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada. (No sponsorships)
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
