Looking for a Reliable, Organized Team Member Who Can Wear Many Hats
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated individual who is interested in learning our industry and becoming a key member of our team.
This role combines customer service, purchasing, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities. Much of the work is process-driven and repetitive in nature, requiring a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working independently, and learning technical products and applications

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist customers at the front counter.
- Source products and obtain pricing from suppliers.
- Prepare customer quotations and provide sales support.
- Request pricing for new inventory items and maintain accurate product pricing.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, confirming orders and updating system records.
- Monitor incoming orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Review purchasing and inventory reports to support stock replenishment decisions.
- Receive inventory, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and customer pickups.
- Assist with inventory spot counts and annual inventory processes.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Write up incoming repair and service jobs, take photos, communicate pricing, and notify customers when work is completed.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers with pump selection and application requirements.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to expand existing business relationships.
- Support marketing initiatives and new account development.
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Computer proficiency; experience with BusinessVision or Spire Systems is an asset.
- Technical aptitude; pump or motor knowledge is an asset but not required.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Industry Experience Considered an Asset
Experience in any of the following industries would be highly valued:
- Pumps and fluid handling

- Plumbing

- Electrical
- Electric motors
- Industrial distribution
