Position Overview
We are seeking a CAD/CAM CNC Operator with experience in stone fabrication who can assist with:
- Shop drawings and production drawings
- CNC programming
- Operating the Breton Trinity
- Production coordination and fabrication workflow
This is a key role within a growing fabrication shop focused on quality, precision, and high-end execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate shop drawings and fabrication drawings
- Read architectural, millwork, and field dimensions
- Program CNC cutting paths and machine operations
- Operate the Breton Trinity and related fabrication equipment
- Coordinate slab layouts, seam locations, and production details
- Assist with quality control and production organization
- Work closely with installers, project managers, and templaters
- Help optimize production efficiency and workflow
Qualifications
- Experience in stone fabrication preferred
- Experience operating CNC machinery
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and production-minded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Breton software is a must*
- Slabsmith
- AutoCAD
- AlphaCAM
- Fusion 360
- Rhino
- Waterjet/CNC programming
- Luxury residential projects

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
