About MacGillivray Law
Since founding our first office in 1994, MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law has grown into the largest injury and disability law firm in Atlantic Canada, with offices in Halifax, New Glasgow, Moncton, St. John's, and Charlottetown. We practice exclusively in injury, disability, and insurance law, and our employees live and work in the communities we serve. We're proud to offer legal services in multiple languages, so that every person who reaches out to us feels heard, in the language they're most comfortable in.
About the Intake Team
Our Intake Team is often the very first voice a potential client hears from our firm, and often at one of the most difficult moments in their life. It's a high-volume, front-facing team responsible for handling a steady flow of incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from people who have been injured or denied insurance benefits and are looking for help. The team follows a consistent, empathy-first approach so that no matter who reaches out or how, they receive the same caring, professional, and well-informed response. That first conversation shapes a person's very first impression of our firm, so how our Intake Team listens, responds, and guides people matters enormously.
