We're searching for a creative, strategic, and driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead our digital storytelling, elevate our online presence, and help drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Who We're Looking For:
You're a content enthusiast with an eye for detail and a pulse on social trends. You know how to craft engaging narratives, whether through video, photos, or captions, and use data to inform and refine your approach.
You’re someone who:
- Has proven experience in content creation and video editing, using tools like CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
- Excels in social media management across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Has strong analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize content strategies.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and generate fresh, creative ideas.
- Is passionate about creating dynamic, high-quality content that tells a compelling brand story.
- Can work full-time IN-PERSON at our office. Hybrid or remote work is Not an option for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring tags/mentions.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content, both photo and video, for social media and internal marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with in-house team members or external creatives to bring campaigns to life.
- Use social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later) to plan and publish content.
- Analyze and report on digital metrics, providing weekly performance insights.
- Support individual realtors with their social media needs as required.
- Attend events (on-site and off-site) to capture real-time content for social platforms.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, eblasts, signage, digital ads, and more.
- Write and proofread copy for various platforms and materials (social posts, eblasts, brochures).
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal briefings, sales events, and more.
- Set up and deploy eblasts, and analyze and share campaign reports.
- Assist with coordination and attendance of sales-related and community events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide administrative and general support to the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field (marketing focus preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a social media role within a business or agency environment. Real estate experience is a strong asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Semrush, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Willing and able to travel within the GTA for content creation and events.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
