We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in Kitchener, ON.

Responsibilities may include:
- Provide first level technical support for incoming requests from internal users
- Assist users with the installation, configuration, and usage of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
- Actively troubleshoot technical problems, escalating as required
- Working with other members of the IT team to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Take a leadership role in asset inventory control and deployment
Qualifications Required:
- Superior customer service skills, professional and courteous
- Attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy in following standard processes
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- 3-year college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Desktop Support, or similar programs
Preferred Experience:
- Wired and wireless network technologies
- Desktop imaging and deployment technologies
- Microsoft 365 applications and services
