Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and farm machinery to perform tasks including building, digging, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Subgrade Prep
- MSE wall Backfill
- Grading
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.
- Assist in training new operators on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred, with a focus on loader operation, bulldozers, cranes, and Caterpillar machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
- A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
