Sunnyside Natural Market is a locally owned, family business. We’re seeking a full-time candidate who shares our passion for organic and locally produced food. Someone experienced in a Grocery store and providing superior customer service with an eye for detail. Must be physically fit.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Comfortable taking direction.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Experience in Cashier post, quality control and merchandising.
- Experience with receiving Grocery shipments.
- Occasional work to fill in as Deli-Clerk will be required.
- Ability to endure lengthy periods of standing, walking, twisting and working in small spaces.
- Able to carry/lift 25 kg and work in a cold environment.This is a physically active role.
- Open to working evenings and weekends as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
