MANAGER
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to oversee all aspects of our landscaping business operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can independently run the business and drive growth while maintaining operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, crew management, and project execution
- Ensure quality control on all landscaping projects and maintenance services
- Manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and procurement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Business Development & Sales
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Prepare estimates, bids, and contracts
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage all staff members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture
- Resolve employee conflicts and disciplinary issues
Customer Service
- Serve as primary point of contact for key clients
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Build long-term client partnerships
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of landscaping industry experience
- 3+ years in management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with business software and project management tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
