Monitor and manage guest flow in and around the licensed Beer Garden area.

Check for valid 19+ wristbands or ID (as per policy) at designated access points.

Ensure alcoholic beverages remain within designated licensed zones and guests do not exit the area with alcohol.

Answer guest questions and provide general assistance in a friendly and helpful manner.

Support crowd control and line management during peak times.

Report any unsafe or inappropriate behavior to supervisory staff immediately.

Maintain a clean and organized Beer Garden space, clearing tables and disposing of waste as needed.

Work collaboratively with beverage service staff and security personnel.

Assist with other duties as required

Applicants that are at minimum 18 years of age.

Someone with current valid Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain it—cost covered after successfully completing contract).

Availability to work evening shifts as late as 1:00am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays in late August until the end of October.
