We’re looking for a Collision Repair Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assess vehicle damage on non-drive vehicles, dismantle vehicles in your own bay in the shop, prepare accurate repair estimates, and hand off the information to our CSR to update the customer. In some cases you may be directed to speak with the customer on technical questions.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs, including parts and labor.
- Communicate clearly with our CSR and technicians.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are captured in estimates.
- Stay current with industry standards, repair techniques, and digital estimating platforms.
- Recommend additional services that benefit the customer or vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of collision and mechanical repair processes.
- Previous experience in estimating, vehicle repairs, sales, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a people-first approach.
- Ability to dismantle vehicles to the point where we capture all the damage.
- Ability to upsell services honestly and effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to handle multiple estimates.
- Tech-friendly and excited to learn new systems and tools.
