Licensed Plumber – Commercial & Industrial Construction
Fine Air Mechanical Ltd. is a growing, family-owned mechanical contractor specializing in industrial, commercial, and multi-residential construction throughout Ontario.
With over 30 employees and continued growth year after year, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Plumber who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to be part of a strong, team-oriented company.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Install plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects
- Coordinate work with project managers, foremen, and other trades
- Maintain organized and efficient work areas
- Order and manage materials as required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to code
- Represent Fine Air Mechanical professionally on job sites
Qualifications
- Licensed Plumber (306A)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid G Driver's License
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
