Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and reservations using hotel management software
- Assist guests with concierge services, directions, or local recommendations as needed
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required, this includes holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry is beneficial
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor essential for creating a positive guest experience
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
