Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Billing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide full cycle service for our customers, from taking orders, inputting into system, sending off POs, and invoicing/crediting customers
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Track inventory levels, and place POs as needed
Skills
- Excellent customer service and organization skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient phone etiquette to ensure professional communication.
- Accurate data entry skills for maintaining detailed customer records.
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Computer Skills - Applicant must be literate in computer use including Microsoft Office Suite – especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Accounting software knowledge, especially in Sage 300 is an asset
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Self-starter and willing to learn
