Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate interest in new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end sales and upselling opportunities
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress
- Negotiate terms with customers confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet dealership standards
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the sales support team to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and expand dealership reach
- Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at promotional events or community outreach programs to boost dealership visibility
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales management team on inventory control, retail math calculations, and sales targets to optimize performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related B2B sales roles with a focus on high-end vehicles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and sales processes efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and developing a healthy sales pipeline
- Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective public speaking abilities for promotional activities
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, dealership operations, and inventory control practices is advantageous
- Strong retail math skills and basic understanding of retail math calculations necessary for accurate deal structuring
