Diamond Detail Cleaning & Lifestyle Services is currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team in Nanaimo and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities
- Clean commercial facilities including offices, gyms, retail spaces, washrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and properly.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and health & safety procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
- Ensure all work is completed to Diamond Detail's high standards.
- Take before and after photos when required.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial or custodial cleaning experience is an asset but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing cleaning duties throughout your shift.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Comfortable using cleaning products and equipment safely.
