Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional support. You must have a very strong knowledge of, and experience with, audio visual technologies and sales. Strong communication skills are a must, including the ability to negotiate effectively and present persuasively.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for meeting with clients, both virtually and in person, in order to prepare audio visual solutions for their events. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. You will be trained on software used by S4 (FLEX, Zoho, etc)
Base salary of 50k to 60k (commensurate with experience) and commissions that easily provide an annual compensation in the 100k range.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for a variety of event types
- Identify client expectations and promptly provide detailed quotes to meet their requirements and budgets
- Provide prompt customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain established company protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
