Elkhorn Resort Spa & Conference Centre is seeking one Restaurant Manager for a permanent, full time position at its Onanole, Manitoba location.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise restaurant staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Provide customer service
- Supervise approximately 5 to 10 employees
Qualifications
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One year to less than two years of relevant restaurant or food service management experience
- Ability to work on site in Onanole, Manitoba
- Ability to perform the stated duties in English
