- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for landscaping or construction tasks, ensuring safe and efficient use
- Maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and conserve water resources
- Perform routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify repair needs or safety hazards
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs on fences, doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, and other property features
- Assist with construction or renovation projects by preparing sites, mixing materials, or installing fixtures
- Support general maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or cleaning gutters to keep properties in top condition
Requirements
- Proven experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment like power tools safely
- Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong construction background or prior experience in property or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward property upkeep
