Role in a Nutshell:
We are searching for a grounded, astute business strategist, and effective leader to be the Senior Manager, Project Management - Digital Marketing as part of the executive board. The Sr. Manager must nourish and promote a robust working environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing all functional departments and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organization. The Sr. Manager of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.
Scope of Duties:
Workflow Management:
- Oversee and optimize the workflow of multiple departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
- Assist the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage teams of consultants and operations staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other senior executives to develop and implement the company's strategic plans.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Project Management:
- Utilize hands-on project management experience to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the performance of all functional departments, setting and monitoring performance metrics and goals.
Tracking Dashboards and KPIs:
- Develop and maintain tracking dashboards for various departments, providing real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify trends, client issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Software Implementation:
- Demonstrate experience in SaaS software implementation, ensuring successful integration into existing systems.
- Collaborate with our Implementation team and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Excel Proficiency:
- Exhibit high proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating meaningful insights.

What you Offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Possess PMP Certification (preferred) to bring industry-leading project management expertise to the role.
- In depth knowledge of ChurnZero
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Must have experience managing projects and operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
