Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (or RP(Q)) to join our team in a virtual capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services remotely, empowering clients to achieve their personal growth and well-being goals.
We require a candidate who has 4+ days a week availability including evening and weekend shifts. Our priority is patient care and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP(Q)) or equivalent licensure in your jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or telehealth platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques including PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, crisis management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Experience working with children & family counseling, adolesents, and couples therapy is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage crisis situations effectively while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Competence in telehealth platforms combined with strong organizational skills for data collection and patient care management.

Pay: $100.00-$145.00 per hour
