Overview
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Support - FOH (Front of House) team members to join our dynamic hospitality environment. The Support - FOH position involves providing a wonderful maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting operations as needed. Prior experience in restaurant settings is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Support the team throughout service and before, with bussing, running, hosting.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Refill supplies, restock stations, and ensure the overall tidiness of the front-of-house area
- Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH team
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Contribute positively to team efforts by assisting colleagues during busy periods\
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; experience in a support role/ serving/ bartending is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends and holidays as needed
