Job Overview
We are seeking an individual to work in our Finishing Department on our Evening Shift. You will be responsible for operating Finishing tools such as I-Cut machine, Mounting and Laminating machines. You will ensure high quality of work and help to maintain the finishing equipment. You will start your employment for the first month or so on the day shift (8am - 4pm) for training purposes; then you will be moved to the Evening Shift. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and executing Finishing jobs with the I-Cut, Mounting and Laminating machines.
- Monitoring the output to ensure high-quality of work.
- Perform routine maintenance on finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with Large Format Digital printing and/or finishing processes is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
