What You'll Do
As a Foreign Exchange Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while accurately processing foreign currency transactions and supporting our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Buy and sell foreign currencies accurately and efficiently.
- Process foreign exchange transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle and reconcile cash balances, including large cash transactions.
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Educate customers on exchange rates, available currencies, and company services.
- Promote foreign exchange, international money transfer, and precious metals services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized service.
- Monitor currency inventory and assist with ordering and managing foreign currencies.
- Maintain a secure, organized, and professional work environment.
- Support anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance procedures.
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Experience:
- Cash handling: 5 years (preferred)
