Moxies is hiring an Office Manager!

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our team in delivering top-notch service to our guests.
This position is Monday to Friday during the mornings. Typically 3 to 4 hours depending on the day. This position could also include supporting the team during service over lunch for the right hospitality minded individual.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance

Daily reconciliation of all activity related to sales reconciliation
- Assist in managing Employee files and onboarding / offboarding documents

Act as a bridge between the location and head office

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Report any discrepancies in reporting or procedures immediately to the General Manager and (Regional Manager if applicable)
Requirements:

Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Previous hospitality experience is an asset but not required
