ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an ambitious, and strategic-minded Account Manager to work directly with B2B clients, acting as both a strategic partner and a growth driver. In this role, you will own and expand key client relationships, driving revenue, strengthening brand presence, and executing joint business and marketing initiatives across retail and digital channel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Retail & E-Commerce Client Expansion
- Account Management: Act as the primary liaison between Napier and key retailers such as Camping World, Costco, Wayfair. Develop and execute joint plans to achieve revenue growth, supporting product positioning, campaigns, and launches to drive sell through rates.
- Assortment Planning: Collaborate with buyers and product teams to optimize assortment, improve product placement and ensure alignment with seasonal and strategic priorities. Coordinate new product launches for successful in market execution.
- Marketing Programs: Develop and execute co-branded marketing initiatives including in-store displays, digital campaigns, email marketing, and promotional programs to increase brand visibility and conversion.
- Promotions: Manage promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sell-through while protecting brand positioning.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales performance and promotional effectiveness to improve overall account results, identify opportunities, and drive continued account growth.
- Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through research and outreach. Lead the onboarding of new retail partners by developing compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and support successful expansion into new channels.
Automotive & Dealer Partnerships
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership networks with Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, etc. to support sales growth.
- Sales Strategies: Develop & execute sales strategies with accessory groups to drive sales
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with dealerships to maximize product exposure at dealerships and key events to boost Napier’s product visibility and optimize sales opportunities
- Training: Provide product and sales training to dealership teams to improve knowledge and support sales growth.
Please note that this position is office-based, with minimal travel requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in consumer goods
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
