Position Overview:
Inventory Control/Warehouse associate is responsible for providing excellent quality service by accurately counting, packing, loading, organizing, and documenting outgoing freight, as well as receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods. The role also supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining organized storage of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG), and ensuring timely replenishment of inventory. All tasks must be completed accurately, safely, and within established timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provides assistance in the warehouse and plant as required.
· Check incoming goods against purchase orders, packing slips, or invoices.
· Record and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
· Picks, packs, counts, and loads finished goods and records quantities on the pack slip.
· Ensures loading and unloading are performed safely, efficiently and accurately.
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment to unload and move products.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
· Assist in other warehouse activities as needed, including repacking, labeling, and sorting.
· Organize and maintain warehouse areas, including proper storage of RM and FG.
· Replenish bins and stock locations based on product movement (fast/slow movers).
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times.
Qualifications
· The ability to safely operate a forklift.
· Counterbalance & Reach truck forklift license is required.
· Strong time management and coordination skills to optimize warehouse efficiency.
· Understanding of quality assurance processes to ensure products meet standards.
· Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication for team collaboration.
· The ability to ensure work is completed correctly, thoroughly and within established timeframes.
· Ability to work and cooperate with others to accomplish department or corporate goals and objectives

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
· Exposure to various temperatures depending on the warehouse type
· Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
· Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling of items weighing up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance or equipment).
Schedule:
- 8 hours
- Day/Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
- Possible Overtime
