**Position Overview:**
As a Food Production Member, you will play a crucial role in our food production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining food safety practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and packaging of food products according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Follow established procedures for food handling, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other team members.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing raw materials.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
