InputHealth is looking for a Finance Lead who is passionate about building, owning, and leading best-in-class financial operations of a digital health company. Partner with Leadership and Operations to drive financial discipline across all company departments
Influence strategic short and long-term business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance; highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior leaders in easily digestible formats to inform key decisions
Lead and continuously improve financial processes and operating activities (forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, collections, vendor management, payroll, etc.)
Own due diligence and integration of acquisitions
Define, refine, and manage reporting of key financial metrics across departments
Partner with Product Management on pricing and overall economics for new products, features or bundles
Provide strategic guidance and support in fundraising activities
Translate strategy behind new product / feature launches into comprehensive financial models and outcomes for revenue, margin and operating investment levels
Perform ad-hoc financial and business analyses as required
A degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field
A recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA)
5+ years of relevant analytical and finance experience in Tech / SaaS Product Finance, FP&A or technology investing
Experience presenting financial updates to executives / leadership team and translating insights into action items
Proven ability to see the big picture regarding the company’s overall business requirements, and implement scalable financial models and processes accordingly
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent understanding of Product P&L dynamics, unit economics, and common SaaS metrics
Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets required; experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools like Looker / Tableau
Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
