What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a car dealership.
- Proficient in cold calling
- Experienced in digital advertisement and digital marketing
- Career driven
- Customer service Superstars!
- Possess a Valid Canadian Driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Amvic License preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speaking with customers, doing a needs analysis, and finding the perfect vehicle
- Cold Calling & Follow Up Calls to contact new and existing opportunity
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Reaching & Breaking Sales Goals
- Working with a great team of Sales, Finance, and Service staff
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries and phone leads.
- Build rapport with guests by asking open-ended questions to determine needs and closed-ended questions to confirm and narrow down specific information.
- Use new online ecommerce tools to increase the automotive buying experience.
- Perform quality demonstrations, showing customers all features and benefits used vehicle.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Pay: $47,079.39-$181,499.96 per year
