Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and professionalism
- Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin types, concerns, and goals, recommending suitable treatments and products
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Deliver exceptional guest services by actively listening to client needs, answering questions clearly, and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell skincare products or treatments to enhance client results and increase sales revenue
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail transactions with excellent communication skills
- Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty treatments, skincare innovations, and industry best practices to continually improve service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or similar role within a spa or clinic setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about procedures and product recommendations
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling as needed
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos is highly desirable
- A professional license or certification in aesthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations
