We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience working on various types of vehicles . Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments on vehicles using schematics and testing equipment
- Repair and maintain automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC components
- Operate all equipment safely during maintenance or repair tasks
- Conduct welding work as needed for repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, heavy equipment operation, and maintenance
- Assist with assembly of mechanical components or machinery during repairs or upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients or team members
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing devices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good customer service skills for interacting with clients or team members effectively
