We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Delivery Driver to ensure the safe and timely delivery of mechanical parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle (typically a van or truck) with a G License.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle following proper safety procedures.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Deliver orders to site locations in a courteous and professional manner.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Assist with general labor tasks around the shop or warehouse during down time.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager during down time.
Qualifications:
- Valid G License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
