Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
Experience
- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
- Experience in serving or food preparation within the food industry helps ensure success in this role
