Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- General office support tasks, such as filing and tracking
- Entering timecards
- Providing general administrative support where required
- Accounts payable - filing and entry
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and has a high attention to detail. Ability to actively participate as a member of the team but also work independently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
