We are looking for people who can connect us with individuals who are:
- Thinking about selling their home
- Looking to buy a home
You do NOT need real estate experience.
You do NOT sell anything.
You simply introduce us to the right people.
We handle everything else through a licensed realtor team.

What You Do
- Talk to people (friends, family, online, in-person)
- Identify anyone considering buying or selling a home
- Make a simple introduction to our team
- Stay responsive while we follow up
That’s it.

What You Get Paid
- $250–$500 per verified lead
- 20% of total commission if the deal closes
Example:
If a deal generates $25,000 in commission → your share = $5,000
There is no cap on earnings.

What Counts as a Verified Lead (Important)
You are ONLY paid when your lead results in one of the following:
- A homeowner signs a listing agreement with our realtor
- A buyer signs a buyer representation agreement with our realtor
Additionally:
- The agreement must be signed within 90 days of your introduction
- The lead must be new to our system (not already in contact with our team)

Where Leads Can Come From
- Personal network (friends, family, colleagues)
- Social media (Facebook groups, Marketplace, etc.)
