Job Overview
We are seeking a House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, and preparation for a Short-Term Rental Property.
This position is urgent for weekends, with occasional weekdays. Averaging between 3-5 shifts per week.
- Driving preferred
- Ability to reach the South of Calgary Preferred
Job Duties
- Residential Cleaning Tasks including dusting, surface sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping
- Laundry Management during shift, drying, folding, towels and linens.
- Reporting any shortage of inventory, and damages/inspection
- Preparing properties closely to Staging Photos.
- Following Checklists and Instructions.
Skills
- Residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- A Vehicle or Method of Transportation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Effective and Excellent Teamwork, communication skills
Wage and Compensation
- $18 per hour. Wage increase determine by performance. Higher rates for Supervisors Team Leads
- Holiday Pay Increased rates during holidays (Must reach minimum work days to qualify)
- Performance-Based Pay Raise Evaluation. Including Monthly Bonuses
- Tips 100% to cleaners
Work Schedule
Daily Hours 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Depending on the property scheduled.
Weekly Hours Range of 15 to 25 hours per week

Driving - If able travel between locations with personal vehicle. (Partial Monthly Reimbursement)
