Undergraduate: $17.60/hour - $22.88/hour + 4% of holiday pay

About Us
The Liaison Office is responsible for recruiting future Canadian and international students to Saint Paul University. This dynamic and passionate team serves as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in undergraduate or graduate studies. We proudly represent the University in schools and communities, while organizing major institutional events that showcase our programs and the university experience.
About the Position
- The person selected for this position will provide administrative support to the liaison team by performing the following duties:Responding to emails received through the Recruitment and International recruitment inboxes.
- Preparing materials required for school and community visits and/or for shipments to be sent out.
- Tracks, counts, and organizes departmental inventory and promotional materials.
- Support the recruitment team with on-campus activities, including information sessions, Open House events, recruitment booths, and other initiatives.
- Assist the recruitment team with campus tours.
- Serve as a moderator for various webinars offered by the recruitment team.
- Assist the recruitment team with data extraction and the compilation of prospective student lists.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Enrolled full-time at Saint Paul University for the duration of the contract.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience using digital office tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva, etc.).
- Experience working independently in a professional or volunteer setting.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a reliable, responsible, and collaborative team member.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and professional.
