The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of securities paralegal experience
- Experience with SEDI and SEDAR
- Paralegal diploma
- Ability to draft issuing documents, reports, prospectuses, etc.
- Strong organization and analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
