Annabelle's Kitchen is a small business in Calgary, AB T2T 6N1. We are professional and agile.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Oversee the kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional food service and hospitality
