The Opportunity

The Inventory Clerk – Audit is responsible for organizing and leading inventory counts and investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies. This individual must have superb organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.


  • Audit all relevant paperwork to ensure Health Canada and Company SOP compliance
  • Review data inputs in the inventory system and electronic forms to ensure accuracy
  • Support Inventory team in organizing inventory counts
  • Compile inventory reports
  • Implement and maintain a cycle count program
  • Complete reconciliation of inventory after counts are completed. Ensure inventory movements are adequately reported in the system
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Forecast needs for consumables and packaging material. Ensure adequate safety stocks are maintained
  • Integrating efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with ERP (SA)
  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in excel
