Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and related electronics using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, port repairs, and software troubleshooting with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble and reassemble devices safely.
- Conduct quality checks post-repair to ensure devices meet company standards before returning to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and device history for tracking purposes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, estimated timelines, and answer any questions.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical systems or hardware components.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile device repair or electronics repair is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automotive repair, heavy equipment operation (such as excavators or forklifts), or industrial machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with dealership environments or experience repairing farm machinery, HVAC systems, or heavy machinery is desirable.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and welding techniques can be beneficial for complex repairs.

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
