Pharmasave Hamilton Village is looking to hire a full-time pharmacy assistant.
Preference will be given to those who speak Cantonese.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist with daily operations of the pharmacy
- Assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Preparing pill packs
- Operate cash register
Qualifications:
- Prioritize tasks quickly in response to changing initiative.
- Superior customer relation skills with a commitment to providing exceptional, timely, and pleasant service to patients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Previous pharmacy experience is an asset including working with Kroll dispensing software, however NOT mandatory. Excellent training is provided.
- Diploma from Pharmacy Assistant accredited course preferred but not mandatory
Additional Assets (not mandatory):
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Proficiency with social media and marketing
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Fluent in Cantonese
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid BC Driver's License
