Elika Beauty is looking for an experienced and motivated commission-based Hair Stylist / Beauty Professional to join our growing salon in Burnaby.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who already has some existing clients and wants to grow their income in a professional salon environment.
Elika Beauty is a newer salon, so applicants should understand that some days may be slower while we continue building our clientele and growing the business. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, patient, professional, and willing to build alongside the salon.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty or hair services to clients
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Follow salon sanitation and safety standards
- Manage your appointments professionally
- Help build long-term relationships with clients
- Promote your services and help grow your clientele
- Work professionally with the Elika Beauty team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the beauty or salon industry
- Existing clientele is strongly preferred
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
- Comfortable working on a commission-based structure
- Willing to promote yourself and build new clientele
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work independently
Compensation
Commission-based compensation.
