The Production General Labourer (Roll-Forming) is responsible for facilitating the production of metal building products through the operation of various machines on the production floor.
Major Areas of Responsibilities

Preparing labels for boxes

Producing product using various machines
-
Inspection of product for defects including paint finish

Packaging product
-
Stack boxes onto skid

Feeding/loading coil
-
Complete production paperwork
-
General housekeeping of work area
-
Other duties as required

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will have exposure to a production facility with operating machinery, mechanical parts and moving vehicles. The noise level in this environment is moderate, and can reach very high levels in the production plant when running the stamping presses as well as certain other machinery. Some areas of this environment are exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
