VisionCrafters is a busy optical Boutique and we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. We are located at a premium location in Brampton. We are looking for a permanent full-time/part-time student/ intern optician to work with our team.The right candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self-motivated, and able to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires to work with patients and consists of administrative duties.

Our new team member will be responsible for:
- assisting patients in selecting eyewear and sunglasses so they look and feel their best
- educating patients on the range of suitable lenses
- demonstrating excellent knowledge of eyewear products and updating patients on the latest style trends in eyewear
- advising patients in an honest, sincere and professional manner so that their choice suits their taste and lifestyle needs
- direct billing insurance companies
- controlling frame inventory
- adjusting patient's glasses
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and help patients to book appointments.
- help team members for smooth functioning of the store
The position is currently available for a part time job and has potential to be a full time. Part time working hours may vary from 20-25 hours/week.
Pay: $18 per hour (depending on the skills and experience)
