KBalai Cleaning is currently seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in Montreal and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, on-demand contractor position ideal for individuals looking for part-time, freelance, or supplemental income. Work is assigned based on client demand, and schedules may vary week to week.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and functionality
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and report any issues or special requests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas
Requirements
- Previous residential, housekeeping, Airbnb, hotel, or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Comfortable travelling to different job locations across Montreal and the surrounding areas
- Basic English communication required; French is an asset
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
